Resolutions provide a formal mechanism whereby the members of the Nevada Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics can give input concerning Chapter policy and activities.
They are different, although our Chapter Resolution process draws inspiration from the established AAP process. Nevada AAP Chapter members are encouraged to consider both Chapter and AAP level resolutions depending upon the topic and the goal of the resolution.
Resolutions are the vehicle that give AAP members the opportunity to provide input regarding AAP efforts to address important child health issues. They can request the Academy take action on a particular issue not already addressed in AAP policy or request the Academy inaugurate a new program or activity. Learn More Here
